Flights
When booking travel, please plan to fly into Puerto Vallerta Airport (PVR) on Friday, May 16th for our first event and schedule your return for Monday, May 19th.
Transport to Events
we are providing roundtrip transport between the conrad & st. regis and our wedding events. if guests book separate accommodations, please be prepared to meet at pick up locations or organize transport directly to the events.

Transportation from Airport to Hotels
a wedding greeter (you’ll be able to spot them 😉) will be waiting at the exit doors of pvr airport terminal to help find your hotel shuttle service. for all transport from airport to your hotel (eta: 45-60 minutes pending traffic), we recommend 3 options:
shuttle service: we have negotiated rates directly with punta mita transport for. call or whatsapp +52 322-135-9637 and mention “Nicole and Henry Wedding” when booking (approximate cost: ~$120/car)
hotel transfer:

taxi: pvr taxis are safe 😊 and can be found directly at the exit of the airport.(approximate cost~ $100usd)
Extending Your Stay
Guests can contact hotels directly if they would like to arrive early or extend their stay. Both St. Regis (reservations.puntamita@stregis.com) and Conrad (pvrpm.res@conradhotels.com) will honor the group negotiated rate.
